Under Dawn’s leadership, Compassionate Home Health Care Inc. doubled its client base in under a year once becoming Medicaid Certified under the state of Wisconsin. CHHC received their official 501c3 not-for- profit status in April 2010. Dawn helped CHHC move their business model from supplying services to local community members to supporting them through CHHC’s “A Community that Cares’ program, through CHHC’s annual #letsmakeadifference campaign, #HolidayGivingCampaign, #RockTheDockGreenBay Music Festival (CHHC’s largest fund-raiser held on Green Bay’s CityDeck) and 3 additional fund-raising events in the fall.
Dawn has helped the organization partner with many businesses and organizations throughout the Greater Fox Valley and Green Bay areas: Fox Valley Technical College, ADRC (Aging and Disabilities Resource Centers), Outagamie County’s W2 Program, (Interns – to provide temp work experience for those with hard skills that need to gain experience for the field they wish to get into), Outagamie Housing Authority (River Flat Apartments), ADRC (Aging & Disability Resource Center), St. Vincent de Paul, NEW Community Shelter, Golden House, Green Bay VA, Center for Veterans Issues, House of Hope, Freedom House, St. John’s Homeless Shelter (men’s and womens), Transformation House, Helping Hands Caregivers, Grand View Townhomes, Oneida Heights, Harbor House, Pillars, WIXX Christmas Wish, NAHBRS (Veterans), Lutheran Social Services, local area grade, middle and High schools.
Dawn enjoys watching her 17 year old daughter Sofia Marie compete in her Robotics competitions, play board games, and spend time with their friends in the Fox Valley area. Dawn is a published Author (Social Gathering in Pursuit of the Perfect Relationship, under DMarie Hansen) and has invented, trademarked, and patented the product Kupboard Keepsakes. When she’s not working she enjoys being with her family and friends, working out, writing, gardening, and cooking. Thomas “Tommy” Clifford is the Director of Innovation & Technology in Appleton at Keller Williams Fox Cities, Wisconsin and a popular technology trainer, speaker, and coach. At one point he was even listed as the number one Twitter user in Wisconsin.

Frank Hansen is an enterprise management solutions provider for heterogeneous client/server environments. His experience has focused on Service Support/Delivery and the practice of those disciplines that enable IT Services to be provided effectively.
He has mapped technology from HP Openview and IBM Tivoli to a number of management practices to ensure that IT services are actually provided as agreed between the Service Provider and the Customer. Frank co-developed the IBM toolset with respect to the gathering network and system related information. He also developed a resource model integration tool for IBM Global Services that is used in several large Tivoli shops. Most recently, Frank has held a consulting role with IBM where he provided a comparative analysis of IBM Tivoli NetView versus other market competitors, specifically, HP OpenView, NNM, CiscoWorks, BMC Patrol, 3Com Transcend, and BayNetworks Optivity.
Frank has held various senior enterprise management consulting positions with JPMorgan Chase, State of Wisconsin, We Energies, SC Johnson, PepsiCo/Frito-Lay/Tropicana, Deloitte & Touche, Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, Michelin, Siemens, IBM Global Services, International Securities Exchange, Capital Group, Bayer, and Tivoli Professional Services, where his roles varied from full-scale architecture to implementation to deployment.
