Compassionate Home Health Care is a not-for-profit organization in our 15th year and we serve vulnerable community members in Brown, Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Wapacua, Waushara, Milwaukee, Washington, Manitowoc, Dane, counties.

Basic necessities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels etc. are not items covered under government financial assistance programs. We understand that home health is not age, gender, or ethnically limited and when you give to CHHC, you're improving lives in our community as we partner with organizations that support services for veterans, elderly, children, those with disabilities or special needs, new mothers and women with children, African Americans, Latinos, unhoused populations and more.
